Christmas Tortellini Soup Recipe

Ingredients

2T olive oil

2 oz diced bacon

1 medum onion , diced

3 garlic

49 oz can chicken broth

2 t italian seasoning

9 oz pkg cheese tortellini

28 oz can crushed tomatoes in puree

8 oz fresh spinach chopped

1 C parmesan cheese

Directions

cook bacon in oil till crisp

add onions ..cook till soft

add garlic, cook another min or so

add broth and It seasoning ..simmer about 5 min

add COOKED tortellini along with crushed tomatoes

simmer 5-10 min.

stir in chopped spinach until wilted

garnish with parmesan cheese
