Biscuit Barbecue Cups

I found this recipe in a newspaper a while ago. This is a great snack to serve while watching the game or for a party. They can be made up to two hours ahead, refrigerated, and baked when company arrives!
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 cup prepared barbecue sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 2 tsp brown sugar shopping list
- 1 - 10 oz can refrigerated biscuits shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 muffins cups.
- Brown beef in large skillet and drain.
- Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar.
- Cook one minute to blend flavors, stirring constantly.
- Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place one biscuit in each greased muffin cup. Firmly press in bottom and up sides, forming a 1/4 inch rim.
- Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into each biscuit lined cup.
- Sprinkle each with cheese.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges of biscuits are golden brown.
- Cool one minute and then remove from pan.
