How to make it

  • Scrub potatoes, dry and quarter.
  • Boil potatoes in water for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to pan.
  • In a small saucepan; add butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, chives, salt and pepper. Heat over medium heat until butter melts.
  • Pour sauce over potatoes and gently stir.

    Would you suggest roasting the potatoes at all before using the garlic butter to crisp up the skins? I love roast potatoes but your sauce sounds awesome!!
