How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper
  • In a 13x9 baking dish, add remaining ingredients. Stir until combined.
  • Place pork chops in the baking dish and coat with the mixture.
  • Bake uncovered for 60 minutes or until pork is completely cooked.

    Tasty, and very quick to prepare. I added mushrooms and zucchini. There are probably tons of other things you could add as well.

    Nice to know it's not just southerners who have to have soup to cook with. At a restaurant I am consulting for, we actually had requests for this lunch dish. We do it with boneless pork chops (pork loin), but brown the meat first then cover and seal. We also add fresh mushrooms sliced. Either way, good eating. Good post. Pass the mashed potatoes.
