  • Place the fat in a 9 inch square pan.
  • In bowl beat eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper until smooth and blended.
  • Place oiled pan in 425F oven for several minutes.
  • Remove hot pan and carefully place in batter.
  • Return to oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes or golden.
  • Cut into squares and serve at once.
  • Note: Yorkshire pudding is Traditionally served with roast beef.

    Light & fluffy/puddingy inside---crispy outside! I always use the beef drippings to make mine. OH SO GOOD! --Kn0x--
