Yorkshire Pan Pudding

- 2 Tbs. oil ( corn or even light olive oil ) shopping list
- 2 eggs, room temperature shopping list
- 1 cup milk ( skim is fine ) shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- dash pepper shopping list
How to make it
- )
- Place the fat in a 9 inch square pan.
- In bowl beat eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper until smooth and blended.
- Place oiled pan in 425F oven for several minutes.
- Remove hot pan and carefully place in batter.
- Return to oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes or golden.
- Cut into squares and serve at once.
- Note: Yorkshire pudding is Traditionally served with roast beef.
