Cucumber Cream Sauce Recipe

There are a lot of great recipes for salmon patties posted on this site and I am sure you have your favorite. The is a sauce I serve with them. My use to be secret ingredient for salmon patties is a pinch or two of sage.

Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 cucumber
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Peel and seed cucumber. Grate enough cucumber to measure 1/2 cup. Combine grated cucumber and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Cover and chill.
