How to make it

  • Simmer sausage until half done.
  • Add onions and cook until both are done
  • Drain
  • Add sharp cheddar and parmesan cheeses, garlic salt, tomato paste, and tomato sauce
  • Simmer about 20 minutes
  • Take the biscuits from cans and separate each biscuit into three or four layers
  • Place on ungreased cookie sheet
  • Add 1 teaspoon of the pizza mixture on top of each layer
  • Freeze on cookie sheet for later use
  • Remove when frozen and store in plastic baggie in freezer
  • When ready to bake and serve, take from freezer and top with mozzarella cheese and black olive halves
  • Bake at 400 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet for about 10 minutes or until bubbly
  • Yield about 75 little pizzas
