This fun recipe seems to be a hit with the adults, as well as, the kids! Tasty little mini pizza bites that taste a lot better than those frozen things! Freeze these for later baking and always have on hand!!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 6 oz can tomatoe paste
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 2 cans flaky style biscuits, regular size
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Black olives for garnish

Directions
  1. Simmer sausage until half done.
  2. Add onions and cook until both are done
  3. Drain
  4. Add sharp cheddar and parmesan cheeses, garlic salt, tomato paste, and tomato sauce
  5. Simmer about 20 minutes
  6. Take the biscuits from cans and separate each biscuit into three or four layers
  7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet
  8. Add 1 teaspoon of the pizza mixture on top of each layer
  9. Freeze on cookie sheet for later use
  10. Remove when frozen and store in plastic baggie in freezer
  11. When ready to bake and serve, take from freezer and top with mozzarella cheese and black olive halves
  12. Bake at 400 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet for about 10 minutes or until bubbly
  13. Yield about 75 little pizzas
