Grilled Bacon Cheddar and Hot Pepper Jelly Sandwich

this is super easy to make.. the hot pepper jelly kicks the whole sandwich to a new level.... Hot_it_up has a great recipe for hot crabapple jelly that would be great.. Cranapple Pepper Jelly the recipe and photo are from the Ladies' Home Journal
Ingredients
- 4 slices whole-grain or sourdough bread, toasted shopping list
- 8 tablespoons hot pepper jelly shopping list
- 6 ounces sliced sharp cheddar shopping list
- 1/2 pound sliced bacon, cooked shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat broiler.
- 2. Spread one side of each bread slice with pepper jelly, then evenly top with cheddar and bacon. Transfer bread to a cookie sheet and broil just until cheese melts. Cut slices in half and serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
