You can't go wrong with a cream cheese pie base topped with peanut butter, chocolate chips and snickers bars! YUM!!

Ingredients
  • 5 (2.07 ounce) Snickers candy bars cut into 1/4 inch pieces
  • 1 9 inch pastry shell, homemade or frozen, baked
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 T. heavy whipping cream

Directions
  1. Place candy bar pieces in the pastry shell and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, sour cream and peanut butter.
  4. Beat on low speed just until combined.
  5. Pour into pastry shell.
  6. Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes or until set.
  7. Cool on wire rack.
  8. In a small heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips with cream over low heat until smooth.
  9. Spread over filling.
  10. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
  11. Cut with a warm knife.
  12. Enjoy!
