Green beans with Honey-Cashew Sauce

- 1/4 c. coarsely chopped, salted cashews shopping list
- 3 TBS butter or margarine shopping list
- 2 TBS honey shopping list
- 1 lb. green beans, cooked tender and drained or 1 can cut beans, drained shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet, saute cashews in butter over low heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add honey and cook. stirring constantly, 1 minute longer. Pour cashew sauce over beans and toss until coated. Spoon into serving dish and serve immediately.

I have a fresh bag of green beans in the fridge from the local farmers market, and a jar of cashews in the pantry - I gotta try this. Thanks for a different "twist" on green beans!!
