OH MY GOODNESS...this was sooooo delicious! I thought it would be sweeter, but the cashew saltiness gives the honey just a HINT of sweetness, and the nuts give it a wonderful crunch. Anyone looking at this recipe, MAKE IT - you will not regret it (especially now that fresh green beans are available). I had to take a picture to post, it was so pretty...
