    Looks like a sweet potato pie. I bet it really good, next costco run for some pistachios, this would be a very nice pie to try. Thank you, oh voted as very beautiful

    Just curious - are the pie shells blind baked? Doesn't seem like 15 minutes would be enough to bake them?
