I prepared two jugs according to the recipe given, and now I'm just storing it for 10-12 days, but I snuck a taste to see how well my efforts were, and it was absolutely delicious. Dessert wine worthy, indeed! Smooth and sweet, the fact that it was homemade made me want to savor the glass even more! Can't wait until 12 days pass...heck, I might just wait a bit longer and serve it up on Thanksgiving! It seems it would go really well with li hing mui seeds or powder dusted in lemon. Wonderful recipe!

This makes me think of Prohibition in America when people made wine and bathtub gin at home.

I like it that you don't have to wait for months before tasting the final product! Sounds pretty easy, too!
