Ingredients

No-stick cooking spray

2/3 c mashed potato flakes

1/3 c grated parmesan cheese

2 tsp parsley flakes

1 (2-1/-3 lb) chicken,cut-up

1/4 c flour

1 tsp garlic salt

1/3 c Italian dressing

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Coat baking pan with non-stick spray. Combine potato flakes,parmesan cheese,parsley flakes and garlic salt in shallow bowl. Stir till well mixed.

Coat chicken pieces with flour;dip in Italian dressing. Coat with potato flakes mixture,patting till chicken is thoroughly coated;shake off excess breading. Place in prepared pan. Bake 45 to 50 mins or till thermometer reads 165.
