JERRY LEWIS GRANNYS VINEGAR CAKE

Celebrity recipes, Jerry grandmother passed away about 1940 so this is a old recipes!
Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 c sugar shopping list
- 2 Eggs; unbeaten shopping list
- 1 ts vanilla shopping list
- 2 Squares chocolate; melt shopping list
- 2 c Sifted cake flour shopping list
- 1/2 ts salt shopping list
- 1 c sour milk shopping list
- 1 tb vinegar shopping list
- 1 ts baking soda shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and blend. Add vanilla and blend. Add chocolate and blend. Sift flour well and add alternating with milk and flour. Mix vinegar and baking soda together, add and beat. Pour into two greased and floured 9″ layer cake pans. Bake at 375~ for 25 minutes.
