Ingredients

8 ounces low-fat lemon yogurt

2 Tbs. vegetable oil

2 eggs

2 Tbs. lemon rind, finely minced

1 tps. salt

3 Tbs. sugar

4 Tbs. dry buttermilk powder

3 1/2 cups bread flour

3 Tbs. poppy seeds

1 3/4 tps. instant yeast

Directions

Put all ingredients in a bread machine, using your machine instructions. Push basic white bread.
