Chimichurri Sauce

- 1 ½ Cups Italian flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes shopping list
- 2/3 cup olive oil shopping list
- salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Add the parsley and garlic to a food processor, and pulse a few times to chop. Add the lemon juice, red wine vinegar, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the food processor a few times.
- 2. While processing, slowly add the olive oil in a thin stream to combine the mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
