How to make it

  • 1. Add the parsley and garlic to a food processor, and pulse a few times to chop. Add the lemon juice, red wine vinegar, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the food processor a few times.
  • 2. While processing, slowly add the olive oil in a thin stream to combine the mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
