easy, yummy apple and bacon casserole, perfect for fall breakfast!

Ingredients
- 3 apples
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1, lb bacon cooked and crumbled
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 2 cups milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- grease a 9 x 13 baking dish
- Arrange apples in dish
- cover with cheese
- sprinkle with bacon
- Beat reamining ingrdients together and pour into dish
- Bake until lightly browned about 35 minutes
