How to make it

  • Boil potatoes until firm but done.
  • Peel and grate...whatch your fingers so you don't get burned! Into big bowl.
  • Add cheese and onions.
  • Mix potatoes, cheese, onions, sour cream, and milk.
  • Fold into a 9x13 inch dish.
  • Heat at 350 degrees until bubbly.

    i think bacon would be great in these - course i am a vegetarian, so i can't really say that. (shh) these sound just great for me sans bacon!

    We used to do this in my family but we would bake potatoes, scrape out the flesh and mix it with the other ingredients and then stuff back into the potato. But I like your idea better, it's not as time consuming. Thanks!

    I think I have a recipe like this in all my recipes... this sounds really good.... I love potatoes too especially if they have cheese and sour cream on them..
