How to make it

  • Cook and drain spaghetti. Stir in butter, parmesean, and eggs while pasta is hot. Form the mixture into a crust in a buttered 10 inch ie plate.
  • Preheat oven to 359 degrees.
  • In a skillet cook the beef, onion, pepper, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain off any fat and stir in the undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar amd oregano. Heat through.
  • Spread ricotta over the spaghetti crust then add the beef/tomato mixture over the cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the mozerella cheese over the top of the pie and then bake for five minutes longer un til the cheese melts.
