Spaghetti Pie

- 1 package spaghetti shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped pepper shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes shopping list
- 6 oz can tomato paste shopping list
- 1 teaspoon white sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano shopping list
- 1 cup ricotta shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook and drain spaghetti. Stir in butter, parmesean, and eggs while pasta is hot. Form the mixture into a crust in a buttered 10 inch ie plate.
- Preheat oven to 359 degrees.
- In a skillet cook the beef, onion, pepper, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain off any fat and stir in the undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar amd oregano. Heat through.
- Spread ricotta over the spaghetti crust then add the beef/tomato mixture over the cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the mozerella cheese over the top of the pie and then bake for five minutes longer un til the cheese melts.
