How to make it

  • Melt butter over high heat till bubbly.
  • Add red pepper flakes
  • Rapidly add vodka. simmer 2 mins(The alcohol burns off but makes tomatoes come alive. Simmer tomatoes with the 2 cheeses for three minutes thenadd 1 c heavy cream and simmer 1 min.
  • Prepare pasta (shell or tube pasta suggested)
  • Mix completely with the sauce and serve immediately.
