A great go-to dish for impromptu come-as-you-are Sunday swim parties. NO overnight soak needed and it is a snap to fix.
All you need are bagels run under the broiler with butter, and jam on the side, a pitcher of OJ and a pitcher of Bloody Mary'... More

Easy brunch dish # two
Use smoked salmon slices instead of the bacon.
Substitute havarti cheese with dill for the swiss.
Eggs per above.
Paprika instead of cayenne.
Dill instead of tarragon.
Serve with toasted black bread and sweet butter.
Fruit danishes and a bowl of melon and mint from the guest contributions.
Salty Dogs to drink and make the Bloody Mary's with aquavit.

We usually do something similar using ramekins, which is more fussy. This looks easier, providing it comes out of the pan ok. Gonna give em a try for Sunday morning breakfast. Thanks!
