Santa fe Chicken

- 2 cups instant white rice (uncooked) shopping list
- 1 can (19 oz.) black beans,drained,rinsed. shopping list
- 1 yellow pepper,chopped. shopping list
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10 1/2 oz.) shopping list
- 2 cups water. shopping list
- 1/4 cup cilantro. shopping list
- 4 small boneless chicken breasts (1 lb.) shopping list
- 1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa shopping list
- 1 cup of Mexican style shredded cheese. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix rice,beans,and peppers in a 13X9 inch baking dish.
- Combine he soup,water,and cilantro,pour over the rice mixture.
- Top with chicken.
- Spoon the salsa over chicken.
- BAKE:35 minutes.Sprinkle with the cheese.BAKE 10 more minutes until cheese is melted.
