Moist, lemony and fabulous! This really delivers on the lemon flavor, both in the meat and the gravy. The finished bird looks amazing on the platter with the thyme sprigs and roasted lemon.

Delicious! Couldn't find a capon, so I used a chicken. I had some of the butter mix left over, so I put it on a couple of halved potatoes. Smelled wonderful as it cooked, too. It was nice tasting a bit of lemon from the zest when I had a piece of breast meat. Thank you.
