How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine 2/3 cup flour, sugar, undissolved yeast, minced onions, dill seed, salt, and baking soda. Heat water, ricotta cheese, and 1 tablespoon butter until very warm (120℉ to 130℉). Gradually add to flour mixture. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally. Add egg, mozzarella cheese, and 1 cup flour; beat 2 minutes at high speed. Stir in remaining flour to make a stiff batter. Cover; let rest 10 minutes.
- Turn batter into greased 1 ½ quart casserole; smooth top with floured hands. Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
