Oyster Beef

- 1/2 LB flank steak cut into 1/8 in slices w/the grain shopping list
- 1/4 LB snow peas or sugar snap peas shopping list
- 1/4 LB asparagus cut into 1 in pieces shopping list
- 3 scallions cut on a diagonal into 1/4 in pieces shopping list
- 6 baby carrots cut in half lengthwise shopping list
- 1 in piece of peeled ginger grated shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic grated shopping list
- 1 TBS peanut oil shopping list
- 1 TBS sesame oil shopping list
- 2 TBS oyster sauce shopping list
- 1 TBS light soy sauce shopping list
- 1 TBS shao xing wine shopping list
- 1 TSP sambal olek shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate the flank steak with the ginger and shao xing wine for 30 minutes.
- In a wok add 1 TBS of the sesame oil and stir fry the carrots for 1 minute stirring frequently.
- Add the asparagus, pea pods and stir fry for another minute.
- Remove to a bowl and set aside.
- Add the peanut oil to the wok and add the flank steak and stir for 1 minute.
- Add the garlic, sambal and continue stir frying until pink dissapears from meat.
- Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, green onion and stir fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the vegetables and stir fry for another 1 minute.
