Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut pork into 1/4 in slices
  • freeze for 30 minutes
  • cut 1/4 in slices into 1/4 strips
  • cut 1/4 in strips into cubes
  • Grind meat through a meat grinder and set in a stainless steel bowl.
  • Mix in the spices and add cheese and olives then regrind and allow meat to sit for 24 hrs in a plastic bag.
  • form 1/8 in patties
  • Fry for 5 minutes per side and cover with cheese and tomato sauce.
  • I make patties and sometimes I stuff them in casings.

    never made homemade sausage, will need to get the pork shoulder and give it a try,

    Yeah!!! mmmm... Can't beat homemade!!! I can't make anything decent out of a 'box' serious man, even mac it gets stuck or is soggy bleh I give this one a 'HIGH FIVE FORKS!!!!'
