Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4c cilantro, chopped

1/3c extra virgin olive oil

juice of 1 lime

1 1/2 tbsp adobo seasoning mix

3/4 tbsp cayenne, ground

3/4 tbsp cumin, ground

3 chicken breast trimmed and butterflied

Directions

Combine all ingredients except olive oil and chicken in a small bowl.

Drizzle in olive oil while whisking ingredients together until a thick sauce forms.

Marinade chicken in a bowl/ bag for at least three hours.

Grill on med.-med. high for 5-7 min each side
