Dank Cuban Style Chicken

Dank base for cuban marinades...use as is or add your favorite ingredients to make it your own...
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/4c cilantro, chopped shopping list
- 1/3c extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- juice of 1 lime shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp adobo seasoning mix shopping list
- 3/4 tbsp cayenne, ground shopping list
- 3/4 tbsp cumin, ground shopping list
- 3 chicken breast trimmed and butterflied shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except olive oil and chicken in a small bowl.
- Drizzle in olive oil while whisking ingredients together until a thick sauce forms.
- Marinade chicken in a bowl/ bag for at least three hours.
- Grill on med.-med. high for 5-7 min each side

This sounds so good! I love Cuban food, but the recipes I find don't turn out as well as the food I get at restaurants. Guess the recipes are closely guarded secrets! Not that I blame them!
