Pumpkin Pie Spice

This is the blend I use for making pumpkin pies, omelettes and pancakes! It's cheaper than the store-bought and makes a lot.
Ingredients
- 4 T cinnamon shopping list
- 2 T ginger shopping list
- 1 T nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 T cloves shopping list
How to make it
- Combine in a small bowl and mix well to evenly blend.
- Use measure-for-measure when a recipe calls for pumpkin pie spice.

Thanks! I keep tripping on recipes for pumpkim pie spice. I don't like having "specialty spices" when I know its just a combination of what I have on the shelf. Thanks for passing over the key :)

I made it up this morning now I have a lovely little vial of it tucked away for next time. I added one additional spice which was cardamom just because I have quite a bit of it and it seemed like it would be at home with these spices..
