This is the blend I use for making pumpkin pies, omelettes and pancakes! It's cheaper than the store-bought and makes a lot.

  • 4 T Cinnamon
  • 2 T Ginger
  • 1 T Nutmeg
  • 1/2 T Cloves

Directions
  1. Combine in a small bowl and mix well to evenly blend.
  2. Use measure-for-measure when a recipe calls for pumpkin pie spice.
