Unique Pecan Pie

This is incredible. The addition of cream cheese in the classic pecan pie takes this pie over the top. Very good.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 cup light corn syrup shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 unbaked deep dish pie shell shopping list
- 1-1/4 cups chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup and vanilla in a medium bowl then set aside
- In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and egg until combined.
- Pour into pie shell then top with chopped pecans
- Pour topping over pecans and bake for 45 minutes
- Serve warm or at room temperature
