How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup and vanilla in a medium bowl then set aside
  • In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and egg until combined.
  • Pour into pie shell then top with chopped pecans
  • Pour topping over pecans and bake for 45 minutes
  • Serve warm or at room temperature
