How to make it

  • Crust:
  • Preheat oven to 375*. Combine cookie crumbs with butter or marg. in a medium bowl. Press evenly in bottom of a 9 inch tort dish or pie plate. If necessary, use wooden spoon to press into place. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool .on a wire rack
  • Filling:
  • Melt caramels on stove or in microwave, stirring frequently. Stir in cream and remove from heat. Stir in pecans. Spread evenly in prepared crust. Refigerate at least 10 minutes.
  • Topping;
  • Melt chocolate chips on stove or in microwave. Stir in cream and drizzle over filling. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • Cut and enjoy!
