This is another recipe I tried and got from Amelia Island. This is wonderful with seafood..

Ingredients
  • 6 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 medium shallot, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced ginger
  • 1 dozen medium basil leaves, chopped coarsely
  • Dash of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions
  1. Whisk together all the ingredients
  2. This makes about a cup...
