Pineapple Fritters

This one came in my e-mail the other day. Haven't tried but it looks good!
Ingredients
- 2 2/3 cups sifted all-purpose flour shopping list
- 4 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups milk shopping list
- 2 eggs, well beaten shopping list
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
How to make it
- Mix and sift dry ingredients,
- add milk gradually, and eggs.
- Add drained pineapple to batter.
- Fry until light brown aprox 5 minutes
- Drin on paper towels and eat warm
