How to make it

  • In small bowl,combine first 6 ingredients. Place chicken in single layer in two greased 11x7' baking dishes;spoon some of the sauce over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Remove from refrigerator 30 mins. before baking. Bake,uncovered,at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until juices run clear,basting once with remaining sauce.

    OK, I've bookmarked this. I need to figure out what makes something West Coast? No TOFU, no alfalfa sprouts (spelling?) No pineapple? But it does sound good. Think I may replace the ginger with garlic but that is just me.
