Cranberry Upside Down French Toast Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt butter in casserole dish in 400 degree oven.
  • Mix butter, sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle evenly in pan.
  • Mix eggs and juice then dip bread in mixture soaking well.
  • Arrange evenly in pan and spoon any remaining mixture on bread.
  • Bake at 400 for 30 minutes then let stand one minute.
  • Lift out sugar side up onto hot latter and serve with dried cranberries.

    QUESTION:

    ARE YOU MELTING BUTTER IN A 400 DEGREE OVEN IN A CASSEROLE DISH AND SPRINKLING SUGAR, CINNAMON AND ORANGE RIND IN THE DISH? THEN IN A SEPARATE BOWL, YOU ARE SOAKING BREAD IN YOUR EGG AND JUICE MIXTURE, PLACING THAT SOAKED BREAD INTO THE CASSEROLE DISH, POURING REMAINING EGG MIXTURE OVER BREAD AND PLACING IN THE 400 DEGREE OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES, REMOVING, SUGAR SIDE UP, AND SPRINKLING WITH DRIED CRANBERRIES?

    IS THAT IT? CUZ I'M A LITTLE CONFUSED.
