Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pour butter evenly in a bottom 13x9 baking dish
  • Sprinkle chicken evenly with salt and pepper
  • Dip chicken in 1/2 cup butterMilk and dredge in Flour
  • Arrange chicken Breast side down in dish
  • Bake 425 degree oven for 25 minutes
  • Turn chicken Bake 10 more minutes
  • Stir together remaining 1 cup butterMil;k Soup and Herbs Pour over chicken and Bake 10 more minutes
  • Sheild with alumin foil to prevent ecessive browning
  • Serve over rice

    No matter how chicken is cooked, I like to marinate it before doing so. And buttermilk is wonderful for that.
