I've made this for years for parties. I serve it with home made pita chips or other study crackers.

I've also made it using marinated artichoke hearts. Just use 2 small jars or one large jar. Not sure on the size of the jars, check the labels to be sure.

You're welcome. This one is so easy and yet so yummy. The smells that come out of the kitchen while this is cooking will drive you and everyone else nuts!

Wow this sounds so good I almost licked the screen. I love artichokes. Maybe I'll make the Artichoke Lover's group, hmmmm ...

Is that a 1/2 tablespoon? I was just looking thru my pantry for dinner ideas and saw a jar of marinated artichokes. Was wondering what I could do with them. This sounds like its gonna be the one.

Gonna try this tonite. I'm thinking of adding some spinach. Would that be too much with the marinated artichokes?

Tried it. By the time I was done adding to it, it became a whole 'nother recipe. I added the spinach, some chopped red onion, mozzerella cheese, a bit more mayo and some sour cream. :P
Thanx for the kickoff to a great dip!

I'm sorry I forgot that part..I didn't really have any chips besides Fritos (Which were good, too.) I took some tortillas, cut them into squares and triangles and deep-fried them for a couple of minutes, drained on paper towels and salted a bit. Very yummy!

This is the recipe I was looking for. I've made it a few times before, but misplaced the recipe. I can't wait to make it tomorrow!
