Tailgating Spicy Taco Cheeseball

- 4 cups finely shredded Mexican Blended cheese shopping list
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, soften at room temp. shopping list
- 4 heaping tbsp mayo shopping list
- 1 1.25oz pkg McCormick Hot taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, finely chopped shopping list
- 3/4 cup dried parsley flakes shopping list
How to make it
- Before mixing ingredients, place parsley flakes in a 11x8-inch shallow baking dish. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix all cheeses, mayo, taco seasoning, and jalapenos together, thoroughly by hand.
- Divide mixture into 3 portions. Taking each portion and shaping into a ball form. Then roll ball into the parsley flakes. Working to cover all areas.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or over night. Best served with tortilla chips or Ritz style crackers.
- Can store nicely for a week before serving.
