A Marinade For All Seasons

- 1 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 3/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard shopping list
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar shopping list
- 1 Tab lespoon liquid smoke (optional) shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon chili sauce or hot sauce such as Texas Pete or Frank's (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a quart jar.
- Shake well.
- Place meat in plastic bag, add 1 cup of the marinade.
- Close bag, seal, and allow meat to marinate 4-6 hours, turning once after 2-3 hours.
- Store remainder of marinade in a tightly sealed jar in refrigerator.
- For grilling vegetables, place on grill or a grill pan and brush marinade onto veggies before cooking.
