Firecracker Shrimp

- 1/2 c apricot preserves shopping list
- 1 tsp canola oil shopping list
- 1 tsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 lb. uncooked large shrimp,peeled and deveined shopping list
How to make it
- In small bowl,combine the preserves,oil,soy and pepper flakes. Thread shrimp onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill,uncovered,over medium heat or broil 4" from heat for 2-3 mins each side or till shrimp turn pink,basting frequently with apricot mixture. Serve immediately.
