Kool-aid Pickles

- 1 14-ounce jar of whole dill pickles shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 2 packets of Kool-Aid, cherry flavor shopping list
How to make it
- Drain and discard the juice from the pickle jar.
- Remove the pickles.
- Cut each pickle in half, lengthwise.
- Return the pickles to the jar.
- Set aside.
- In a large measuring cup, combine the sugar, water and Kool-Aid.
- Mix until the sugar and Kool-Aid dissolve completely.
- Pour enough of the liquid into the jar with the pickles to cover them.
- Discard any leftover.
- Cover the jar and refrigerate for 2 days.
