- 4 egg yolks shopping list
- 4T lemon juice shopping list
- 4T chicken or beef boulion shopping list
How to make it
- Place small sauce pan over low heat to start prewarming the pan.
- In a bowl, whisk yolks "till smooth.
- Drizzle lemon juice in yolks while continuing to whisk. Adjust your personal tang level by using anywhere from 1 to 4T lemon juice.
- Warm broth in microwave.
- Drizzle broth slowly into yolks while continuing to whisk to keep from scrambling the yolks.
- Pour sauce into sauce pan and continue to whisk until sauce starts to thicken.
- Remove from heat and cover for 5 minutes.
- This is not my own recipe but one I learned from somewhere. Wish I could give proper credit.
