this is a suace that you can dipp meats in or fried plantains too...its awesome , it does have a hot side if you desire..

Ingredients
- rice vinegar as much as desired.
- onion finely chopped...as much as desired
- garlic cloves pressed...as many as desired
- salt to taste
- hot paprika...as desired
- black pepper...as desired
- sourcream...as desired
- parsley flakes...as desired
Directions
- mix all together and dip away...it is very good with meats
