this is a suace that you can dipp meats in or fried plantains too...its awesome , it does have a hot side if you desire..

Ingredients
  • rice vinegar as much as desired.
  • onion finely chopped...as much as desired
  • garlic cloves pressed...as many as desired
  • salt to taste
  • hot paprika...as desired
  • black pepper...as desired
  • sourcream...as desired
  • parsley flakes...as desired

Directions
  1. mix all together and dip away...it is very good with meats
