Rival Steamer Stuffed Peppers

Another old favorite, this one from the manual for Rival Steamer. I think the horseradish is the key to the best stuffed peppers I've ever had.
Ingredients
- 1 lb, ground beef shopping list
- 1 small onion, chopped shopping list
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 cup cooked rice shopping list
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish shopping list
- 2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 4 green peppers, tops removed and seeded shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. catsup shopping list
- Dash or two of hot pepper sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Brown meat and onions in skillet and drain,
- In mixing bowl, combine meat mixture with remaining ingredients except pepper.
- Stuff peppers with meat mixture and top with catsup.
- Cover and steam for about 30 minutes
