- 1/4 c green curry paste shopping list
- 1/4 c coconut milk shopping list
- 1 lb. boneless,skinless chicken thighs-cut in 24 1" pieces shopping list
- 8 scallions-cut firm green portion in 24 1" lengths. shopping list
- vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- In medium bowl, combine curry paste,coconut milk,add chicken pieces. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.
- Preheat grill to med-high. Thread 2 chicken pieces and 2 scallion greens alternately onto each of twelve 6' skewers,brush with vegetable oil. Grill,turning once,for 10 mins.
