How to make it

  • In medium bowl, combine curry paste,coconut milk,add chicken pieces. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.
  • Preheat grill to med-high. Thread 2 chicken pieces and 2 scallion greens alternately onto each of twelve 6' skewers,brush with vegetable oil. Grill,turning once,for 10 mins.
