How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mis an 8" square glass baking dish with cooking spray. Whisk flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt in small bowl.
  • Beat butter and cream cheese in a large bowl with mixer at med. speed until fluffy. Add brown sugar and beat 3 to 4 more minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add flour mixture and mix on low until just combined. Fold in the hazelnuts,coconut and chocolate chips with a wooden spoon.
  • Spread the batter in prepared pan and bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean,35 to 40 mins. Let cool 20 mins before slicing.

    I just saw this recipe in Food Network Magazine! It is a Guy Fieri recipe. Sounds wonderful....anything that Guy does rocks!
