How to make it

  • Boil whole corn in pressure cooker, allow to cool and remove the seeds.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, fry onions, then add ground masala paste (last 6 ingredients)
  • Fry well in a low flame.
  • Add corn and then pour coconut milk, with salt and boil for a few minutes.
  • Remove from fire and garnish with coriander leaves.
