How to make it

  • Soak the chopped cauliflower in salted hot water (kills germs, insects, pesticides etc) - 10 minutes
  • Boit the chopped cauliflower and the peas in the microwave (10 to 15 minutes), in between pause the oven and mix some salt and turmeric powder to the water.
  • Once the cauliflower and the peas are cooked, drain the water (if any) and keep them separate.
  • In a microwave safe deep pan, add melted butter, pepper powder and curry leaves. Keep this in the oven for one and a half minutes (without closing the pan)
  • Mix the cooked vegetables to this butter mixture and keep it in the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Ready to serve!
