Grilled Garlic And Cheese Oysters/Mussels

These grilled cheesy oysters can be served as an appetizer or main seafood dish. Goes best with pasta with cream sauce, Caesar salad and garlic bread.
Ingredients
- 60 shucked oysters shopping list
- 2 sticks of butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup of chopped garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese (asiago, Parmesan or romano) mix shopping list
How to make it
- On heated grill cook 20 oysters at a time
- place on grill let oysters warm up
- spoon garlic/butter mixture onto oysters
- once the butter is bubbling in oysters sprinkle the cheese mix on top and close the grill top
- oysters are done when the cheese is crispy See Photo
