Cheeseball

- 2 (8oz) packages cream cheese (room temp) shopping list
- 1-1/2 to 2 Cups Shredded cheddar cheese (I tend to use a lot of cheese) shopping list
- 1/2 onion, diced shopping list
- 1/2 green pepper, diced (I've also used the orange peppers along with the green) shopping list
- 1 pkg. dried beef, cut into small bite size pieces shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt (I use the Lawry's green lid one) shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Cavender's seasoning (it's a Greek seasoning) shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together using a spatula. Until thoroughly combined. It can get quiet tiring stirring it all together, so lately I've been using my Kitchen Aid mixer do all the work. Just be sure to scrape the beater attachment and the sides of the bowl a few times.
- Spoon out into the center of a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap up and shape into a ball.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or over night to let the flavors combine.
- Serve with crackers.
