Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

- 1 pound fresh shrimp or thawed frozen, med-large, peeled & cleaned shopping list
- 10-12 slices uncooked bacon (my fave is applewood smoked) shopping list
- 1 jar honey mustard shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
How to make it
- Cut bacon into approximately 3 inch pieces. Wrap each shrimp with one piece of bacon. Skewer with wooden toothpick. Brush with honey mustard and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Broil at 400F on middle rack of oven for approximately 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve hot. If preparing larger quantities ahead of time, this may be reheated for 1-2 minutes in the microwave though it may compromise the crispness.

Delicious. I had six 16/20 shrimp and used two pieces of bacon. My broiler doesn't have a thermometer so I broiled them on high 6" from the element for six minutes each side. In IMI 1/10/16
